I thought I would give the app a try. I have used MyFitnessPal and like it, but read good things about this one in reference to net carbs. First, MyFitnessPal is free, so wasn’t crazy about paying 4 dollars, but remained hopeful. This is a “PRO” app so must be noticeably better. I setup my account and then went to link my scale to it. Yes, you guessed it. You CAN do it, if you pay more. Regrettably, this app is all about nickel and dimming what is free in other apps. I have nothing bad to say about the app itself, as truly after seeing I would be paying above and beyond the high purchase price, I went back to my free app.

So far I have lost 55 pounds which is 80% of my goal. If you stay faithful and honest with this app you will achieve your goal. This app works.

Very useful app, the only problem is the infrequent updates. It seems it would be best to keep it more current because bugs happen so often within updates. Many apps are updated often, whereas the only downside of MND is not keeping updates coming as they are needed. Hoping you update soon with lots of fixes, and a new updated look would be a nice surprise! Thank you for such a useful tool! I would love to give it five stars and will when the app gets the much needed attention!

I’ve been a MyFitnessPal user for the last two years but wasn’t thrilled by their format. I heard about this app through a trainer and although I REALLY prefer this app, the food database is my issue which is key. Whenever I search for basic foods, I get a list of frozen, pre-made option and very little basic options (ie. salmon, yellow potatoes, etc.). I’m starting to seriously doubt whether I need to go back to the other app since the entire purpose of tracking my nutrition is based off of *food*. :(

New review: I really want to see some changes to this app! All my comments below still hold true, and it’s been months (if not years) since I submitted them. No developer response at all, so another strike against them. My main problem with this app at the moment is with the charts part of the app. I love being able to see my weight and measurement history, but I wish the weight plan line went from your current weight to your desired weight, not from your starting weight to desired weight. My weight now is higher than when I started using the app, so when I set a small goal, say a 5 pound loss, the charts show little stars saying I gained 10% or such. It’s misleading and annoying. I realize I could probably fix this by resetting my history, but I want my weight history to stay, it’s a great log, and my only record. Please fix!!!! Also, more frequent updates (or any updates at all) would be appreciated! —————— Older review: I still love this app, but I have a few complaints: First, when you are talking to another member who you are friends with, the messages open with the very first message sent and you have to scroll all the way down to see the new messages. This is weird and inconvenient. The messages should open to the newest messages sent, just like every other messaging service I've seen. Second, no notification is sent when you receive a message, and I can't find any place in the settings to turn such notifications on. So if I want to have a conversation, I have to keep going back and checking to see if there are any new messages. Third, the app takes a long time to load, specifically when using the community and friends areas of the app. You have to wait as each page loads until you can click on anything in the page. I've never experienced this with other apps, and it isn't my internet connection.

I have had this app for a while. When I got my Apple Watch I was excited that it was supposed to work with my Apple Watch. But for some reason it doesn’t recognize my workouts with my Apple Watch. I have tried so many things to fix and still nothing. Really disappointing
