This app has help me reduce my weight without exercising. I eat things I like and fast 16 hours a day. Eat an early dinner and late breakfast. Track sugars and carbs by keeping them within recommended range and give your body a chance to process the food naturally. The app also lets me plan ahead by checking calories of foods I buy at the grocery store and restaurants. It is a well planned app.

Visual cues, data rich and well laid out interface gives simplicity to weight management. Gave 5 stars as will probably migrate to Pro version as believe if a more refined food search is available and if not, given their level of details found in the free version, this upgrade will be added.

The app is easy to use. I would like to see more restaurants represented from the Southeast and a broader selection from some of the existing restaurants.
