This app saved me from wrongfully counting calories and actually keep track of my meals . I’ve seen progress since working with this app I’ve lost 20 pounds thus far and I actually can’t thank the developers enough. Plus you can interact with people with the same goals as you and get tips from them too! Honestly I couldn’t be anymore satisfied. And yes it is free! But if you want a meal plan included you will have to pay a fee but I think it’s worth it . So yea enjoy the app and hope you discover something new within this app about yourself ?

Finally found a diet I can stick with (Intermittent Fasting), and FatSecret is my best friend! Easy and quick to tap in daily foods (nearly everything’s in the database), use recently eaten foods and meals, track my carbs and calories, and stay on point! Love this tool!

I tried many food logging apps, this one is the best..and it’s free! I’m diabetic so I track carbs and calories. I can even set it to track net carbs. Great community with wonderful support, challenges and groups. If you’re looking for a food logging app, stop here, you’ve found it!

Great app. No frills, no ads, and you can scan barcodes, create custom recipes and see your macros all without having to have a subscription, unlike other similar apps in the App Store.
