A lot of options I have explored yet but still lost 11 pounds is 3.5 weeks just counting calories correctly. Question: food that is not in their data base, how can we send you information ?

First time I have been able to discipline myself when trying to lose weight. Logging weight and calorie intake becomes routine and I must say a bit of fun. Looking forward to reaching my target weight.
