After the update, I could not play the game anymore. It always loading then kicks me out. Please help me fix this error

I’ve been playing this game for a few years and there have always been issues with updates. I have finally had enough. The game will not load after the update and I’m playing on an iPad Pro with the latest Apple software. It’s not the first time and it won’t be the last time I’m sure. I’ve spent a significant amount of money playing and will no longer be supporting this game. If you are interested in playing this game I recommend you do not download and look elsewhere for a different company.

Latest update crashes everytime I try to open the game it crashes. The last time this happened I lost all resources, skill points everything! This is BS
Disappointed with upgrade glitch

For the most part I have enjoy this game and always look forward to new upgrades, however I upgraded to version 4.8.0 today and I’m disappointed, once I upgraded the app crashes immediately upon start, over and over again. I have tried everything, closed all my apps, delete and re-download and nothing fixes it.
