App Crashes

Necole22

I purchased a few months ago and it just stopped working last week. It continuously crashes when I open it.

No Natural Language Input for Tasks

I’m still back and forth between Calendars 5 and Fantastical. Honestly, what keeps me leaning toward Fantastical is their attention to workflow and user experience for things like natural language input for events AND tasks.

Been Using for YEARS- still love it

I've been using the Readdle calendars 5 app for years now. My husband and I both have the app so we can share the calendar more fluidly. We each can view our own work calendars, but share our family calendar. It will link just about any calendar you have and any you sync into iOS/Google. The app is intuitive, but what I have always loved is the variety of color, how you can set all-day events and most importantly the way the month and week views look. It is so much easier to view than the iOS calendar that makes you dive in further to see what you have planned. I recommend the app to all of my friends who are looking for something new. It is definitely worth the expense so they will keep creating more useful apps and updating this one.

Great app- much better than standard app

Love this app. Lots of customization. Syncs well with my iPhone. The standard iPhone calendar app is complete garbage. I like that I can type “dinner with Mike at 6pm” and it automatically sets it at 6pm. Works with Apple Watch. Do yourself a favor, get away from Apple’s stupid and outdated calendar app and upgrade to this one. Night and day different.

Excellent Calendaring App

Gregkona

I have used Calendars 5 for several years and it is an exceptional calendaring app. I am a highly obligated person with responsibilities in many different organizations, regular travel and important family needs. Everything coordinates (syncs) through Calendars 5. I am grateful this app has been there for me.

Great app with one flaw

I love this app and the functionality for me is great. I love the different views and the month view is exactly what I needed. However, I do have one thing that is driving me crazy...... my reminders I set for 12:00 pm will change mysteriously on their own and days later my reminder will go off at 12:00 am when I’m sleeping. I will even change the time back and it happens again. It’s only with the 12:00 setting and no other time. I don’t get it.

Hey! What happened?

Joebob6

Up until recently I could just touch the date I wanted the schedule an event for, key in new info, save and it was done. Now after I touch the date, I get an entry screen, enter the info and save it. But the date it saves to is about 4 weeks PRIOR to the date I selected. Not Good.

Calendar 5

Easy to use. Easy to read. A dot on a calendar date doesn’t cut it. Words do.

Calendar problems on iPhone & iPad

Roaming John

Works great on iPhone & iPad except when it doesn’t. However that appears to be an Apple problem. Usually the calendars on the two devices stay in sync, but mysteriously drop sync at the most inopportune times. Keeping up to date on latest versions of operating system software has not helped yet.
