APPLE MAPS!

slls9

I’m not sure what’s going on with your app but the only way to get Apple Maps to function is to delete the app (reverts to google map every single time and it makes it impossible to choose Apple Maps without deleting the app and reinstalling it), reinstall it choose a Apple Maps again, every single time I need directions

Better than default

TrizzzyD

Actually has all the features you would want! And the views!

Fairly good, but really, nothing much over calendars.app

fjpoblam

Main gripe (not Readdle’s fault): the icon can’t become the lovely huge day/date display! Downloaded and tried Calendars5 several times over the years. Nothing special over calendars.app that I can see. It’s NOT cross-platform, so no reason to get used to it in case I leave Apple ;) Yeah, everyone needs a calendar: wrote one myself on the ol’ mainframe. For now, K.I.S.S. use calendars.app

Good not great

drjwr

Excellent weekly view on iPhone, perhaps the best arrangement I’ve ever seen, although the iPad reverts to a standard view. Good calendar integration with iOS. However, the aesthetics are meh: some odds colors and straight grid lines. Natural language input works poorly. And numbering the weeks by the abbreviation “WN” (e.g., WN 1, WN 2 …) is very strange to an English speaker for whom the abbreviation should be “WK” (WK 1, WK 2 …).

Great calendar app

Marimba7

I have been using this as my main calendar for 5 or 6 years now and it has always worked great. Syncs well with google calendar and my other devices, and lets me see my calendars when I’m offline. Very reliable and robust. The week view works great for keeping track of music lessons, and the notes on each appointment help me keep track of payments and assignments. It seems other calendars' functionality and reliability has caught up, but I love Readdle's calendar and will keep using it.

The Best Calendar

OldPCguy

Have used a lot of calendar programs over my time through business needs as well as family. This one, by far, is the best I have found. With a visual of a monthly calendar that shows most all of the appointments for each day of the month ( up to five each day) and available to pull data and visually understand whether it is from work or home. As well, it can be shared by the family and everyone gets updated when a family appointment is entered or updated. Would definitely recommend to all. This is after at least 8 years now.

Solid calendar app with a minor drawback

Gcrkr

This is a solid calendar app with all the features you need. I use it for both Gmail and MS exchange and it works great. It’s also one of the few apps you can actually buy instead of giving into a subscription (It’s a little pricey though). The main issue is that it doesn’t always push calendar updates to the Watch app without having the phone app running in the background. As a result, I use the stock Apple calendar app for Watch. If they fixed this it would be perfect. Theme options would be nice too but that’s neither here nor there compared to functionality.

Please add attachment and events and tasks

Jiyarergushi

Please add attachment (such as photos and documents) to the events and tasks. It will be great to have events with photos… please add weather forecast support. Update: please support the web version … Another update: the new version of iPad has support for weather but it is not supported by iPhone app. Keeping the review as one star only.

Happy again
