The app charges you $.01, which isn’t a lot, but it’s just to set up pay on your device. I deleted it after that, especially since I have to call them to order ahead anyway. I didn’t need an app to charge me to prompt me to call them to order. The app is useless. Don’t bother downloading it.

I like the app but you shouldn’t be forced to tip for a take out order! Also, you should be able to order without calling, directly from the app menu itself.

The app is very user friendly. It just won’t accept Apple Pay payment. I’ve tried twice and unable to pay. I’ve had to pay with credit card or PayPal. Overall I like it. I wish it would take my Apple Pay.

Endless-possibilities

I have been using the CakePay app since it was introduced. I find it very easy to use and extremely convenient. Place you order, pay via the app, and pick up your food and you’re on you way home. Saves a lot of time if the bakery register is busy...they just hand you your bagged food and you go.

I love Cheesecake Factory. As a business I respect their move towards an app. It is in the beginning, which means if you got it you are ahead of the game. Everything new takes time and I hope there will be updates on the way to improve what needs to be improved; as of now, I’m getting a chocolate milkshake and I’m smiling :). You need to get it... a tout à l’heure!
