I like the app but there are too many steps to place order...
MarylandRealEstateQueen

Steps to order a meal: 1. Set up account & link your card. 2. Select the location. 2.1. Once you select the location, your electronic payment method pops up on your device and you have to confirm same. 3. A code pops up on your device (example: 3088). You have to call the restaurant and give them the code while placing your order over the phone. 4. Once you hang up with the restaurant, you have to remember to go back to your app and confirm the order that they put into their system. If you do not, they may not begin filling your order until you do. In 2020 ordering food should be as simple as creating an account; linking your payment method to it; selecting and paying for your food in one fell swoop. No getting a code, calling the restaurant with the code in order to to place an order, and having to remember to confirm your order on the app! Ridiculousness lol. They also ask for a tip. A tip for who?? Who am I tipping?? If I’m not tipping the chef, I’m certainly not tipping the person who went to the kitchen to grab my food and bring it to the counter. No way. I’d rather tip a delivery guy from Postmates or Door Dash. I feel like ordering over the phone and paying in person is much more simple if you are not getting the food delivered to you.

HOW IS THIS GLOBALLY RECOGNIZED GIANTS APP WITHOUT Birthday rewards!!

Nope not what you are looking for.

Dear Sirs/Madam, I am disappointed in this app. I could not see the menu to place my order before your app charged me a penny. I was so disappointed, that I didn’t order anything. I ordered Thai food from Grub Hub and deleted your app. I would very much appreciate a refund of my money. Sincerely, Alexe Bellingham

Awful

Garbage design. Won’t let you create an account or log onto Facebook which is needed to order food which in and of itself is a stupid design as you should be able to continue as guest at the bare minimum.

Terrible

It does not allow you to register ...I made several attempts and it’s a no go ?

Awful

The app is entirely useless, outdated, buggy and a mess. There’s no point in using this app because you have to call to place an order anyway. There are no benefits from using the app.

Don’t Use This

Absolutely terrible. No one at the restaurant knew about this and I had my food in the car waiting for 30 min while they were trying to figure it out. Easier to call and pay when you get there.

A disappointment

Very frustrating that you can’t order without calling. Then you get transferred to the bakery where you have to wait for someone to answer the phone again. There is a rewards section, but no rewards are ever given.

Don’t download it

Waste of your time. It’s a great app if you are trying to drive away customers!

Make a better app

This app looks like it was only made for old android phones. ( nothing aganist android btw ) it doesnt even look like i can order anything on here. It feels like i was sent back to 2008 when apps just started out. Cmon guys, you can do better. Make it more user friendly and look less suspicious. I feel like this is so poorly developed that i thought some cheap hacker/developer made it.
