This app serves no real purpose. When you attempt to order food, it directs you to the website. Which you could’ve done to begin with... defeats the purpose of an app.

What’s the point of this App? All you can do is pay your bill when you are at the restaurant. What is the point when you already have a waiter? At the most it can save you a couple minutes but if that’s important than maybe you shouldn’t be at a sit down restaurant.

Quick and convenient, easy way to split the check with other cake payers. Still cannot use gift cards or e-gift cards. Still a fan!

I love Cheesecake Factory so I’m often given gift cards. Like many people it’s hard to keep those on hand. I was really hoping to load gift card balances to the app so I’m always ready. No luck. Seems like a no brainer feature.

Just stood at the register for 30 minutes because none of the employees, nor the manager knew how to use this app. They were asking me questions as if I work there. First and last time using this.

First the good. It is convenient to order when wanting to go or pay quickly. It has pictures of most of not all the food. That’s where it ends. Can’t add gift cards. Never has had rewards available.

Whoever thought it was smart to pre-authorize in the app, then make a phone call and wait on hold, then give the code from the app after ordering over the phone, then finish paying in the app, should be fired. To go orders should be able to be ordered completely from within the app. I have no idea why you think wasting peoples time in your busy restaurants and wasting my time on hold is the right thing to do.
App is great but no one uses it

i love the app but the servers never ask for the number and even when i give it to them they almost NEVER put it in. Maybe it’s that hard to use on the servers end that they can’t put it in. otherwise love the idea.
Love it - except I can’t use my ApplePay cash

Give it a 4 because it’s the easy way to pay and use ApplePay, but not a 5 because I can’t use my ApplePay cash to pay.
