I don't like the fact that I had to do a separate payment for the pitch pipe and other necessities... That should be included in the starting/final price for the product.

I find the app works well and is easy to figure out. There seems to be no help system so you do have to test things out but the interface is simple. The plus button where you buy in app stuff has a bad link to hustler.gr which is a little disconcerting. But the app works.
Top-notch Tuner & Metronome

Cadenza is a top-notch app for tuning and metronome use. It does exactly what I need it to, and is easy to use. It's especially good for stringed instruments. Pitch pipe is a $0.99 in app purchase that I have yet to try, along with a few other add-ons, including additional skins for the app, and custom metronome settings. Highly recommended.

Perfect app for any musician, especially if you misplace your metronome/tuner, or if the batteries die!
