This app is easy to use and is easy on your body! It really sets you up for success! I recommend it to anyone who wants to start running!

Great for starters

Great app to get you in to the swing of things.

Great for Beginners and Those Returning to Racing

I got this app a year ago to get back into running after more than a year off. I woke up and realized that I'd gone from being a marathoner to a couch potato. It was time for a change and this app got me back into a running routine and helped me improve my pace from a 14:30 minute mile to 11:00. I wish this app had been around in 2008 when I started running - I might have gotten around to that marathon sooner! If you're a novice or experienced runner who's currently happy with your 5k pace and performance, this app isn't for you. If you're a beginning runner or a runner with more experience looking to improve, give this app a go.

What a letdown!

When I finally got an Apple Watch, and saw Apple Watch support on this app (which I had used the free version of), I gladly paid the $5 for the full version. Imagine my disappointment when I realized it’s just an extension of the screen and you still have to carry your phone AND keep it unlocked for the Watch app to even reflect the correct info.

Doesn’t work with Apple Watch

What good is an app that installs to the watch but you can’t start the session? You have to start on the phone which doesn’t make sense. Over priced for what the app actually accomplishes. I don’t recommend.

Love. It.

I live 1.5 hours from any trainers or gym. And I'm so grateful I can turn this one & get going! So easy & efficient.

Great for pacing

I love this running program because it helps me stop myself from pushing too hard too quickly and injuring myself. I have a tendency to run religiously for a year or so and then stop for a year or more, so I’ve used this app on and off since they first released it. I’m excited to try the 10K running program next!

Basic running app that works fine.

Dean0:-)

I used to have some of the same issues others were having with the iPhone 7, but those went away on iOS 11. The app works fine for basic running starting with a warmup period followed by alternating running and walking, then a cool down at the end. It has a halfway notification to let you know when to turnaround and a one minute warning towards the end if you want to kick it into high gear assuming you have “gas left in the tank”. I would give it a higher rating if it was more usable. It would be nice if the app worked seamlessly with Spotify, but you have to launch Spotify on its own first, then launch C25K. The pause/start function seems to misbehave as well where I have to start over sometimes. It would be nice to have a way to double check if you should be running or walking audibly if you miss the notification due to phone call, etc. Could be better so I hope they work to keep improving the app. It works fine to get you off the couch and running progressively more challenging runs. There are som

Wonderful. Just missing one thing.

I love this app. Would have given 5 stars if it would measure the distance.

Husband and I had one run on the free- ad city! Completely terrible UI. Decided to 4.99 up- 2nd run no problem, smooth and clear audio. 100% better experience. So, decide your worth it, and get running.
