Great for a number to use in a classified ad to sell a car etc. But thanks to the number of robo calls it is useless as a second like for any length of time.

For 5$ a month you would think it would at least usually work. 503 service unavailable errors and notifications are sporadic at best.

Very handy app. 5 stars no doubt.

I liked this until the App decided that even though i had paid my subscription fee, i still needed to pay another subscription fee to get a new number. Umm, NO!!! I’m contacting Apple to get a refund!

If you sign up for auto renew you are on your own. I wanted to cancel and was sent to the itune store—several emails with Burner and was told that is the only way— you can sign up for auto renewal through the app but CANNOT cancel there. I am having trouble canceling with iTunes. Burners written response was “thought” it’s your problem. We will help delete your account but not the auto payment. My only recourse seems to be to wait for the charge them dispute with my credit card. Sign up at your own risk

Works ok but when you forward texts for example they don’t also show up in the app. Also it keeps asking me to verify my phone number. REPEATEDLY. Fails to verify and says to check my international settings whatever that means. Apparently the United States isn’t a supported country.

The app doesn’t let me log in. I enter the correct phone number and it says a code will be sent to my phone. I then see an Oops message that it couldn’t send the code, but I do receive the code in text but I can’t enter it anywhere.

I am very frustrated with this app right now!!! I’ve waited for 2 weeks for my subscription to renew today and allow me to create a new burner. It has not shown that its renewed and I needed a number so I had to pay an additional $5 to get a new line. Now that I’ve paid for the new line it’s telling me that it can’t confirm my number that I need to check my international settings. Makes no sense because I selected United States!!! On top of that, because of the error, it’s now telling me that I’ve attempted to confirm the account to many times and it won’t allow me to try any longer. That I now have to wait and ty back later!! This is extremely infuriating & I can’t seem to find any way other than email and a 48 hour waiting period to get assistance to fix the problem!!
