Buffer App Is Outstanding

Buffer has been consistently amazing for years (user since 2014). I’ve used this app to manage clients and personal accounts and I’m always pleased with the interface, the dependability and their responsiveness.

The streams shouldn't be on sperate tabs. I would like to scroll one stream and see all scheduled posts.
No Transparency Prior to Download

I downloaded the app with high hopes & excitement, only to be let down. The app doesn’t tell you this before downloading, but you’re limited to one social media profile; adding more like Instagram or Pinterest requires an upgrade. Thanks but no thanks. There are other platforms out there that let me manage multiple social media platforms for free (like Hootsuite). I’m just disappointed that the company was not more forthcoming about these limitations.
Not optimized for iPhone X - unable to post

Unable to post on Instagram using iPhone X due to it not being optimized. This is a developer issue that needs to be fixed. After switching from Buffer to Instagram to post, the ‘Next’ button on Instagram is obstructed by the notification bar where the battery life, WiFi and signal strength icon are located. This makes it impossible to post.

I've never used an app that posts items for me. I just love this app and recommend it to those that want to share their lives on social media. This app rocks!!!

Much needs to be improved

I'm a marketing professional and have used many social media management tools. While I'm only using the free version I find far too many quirks with buffer to justify purchasing the full version. Hashtag preview doesn't work with the browser extension I have to continually reconnect with Facebook or posting will fail It often posts to my personal Facebook account despite verifying it was supposed to post to my client account
Time consuming

Love how it posts for me. Hate how it won't let me arrange the posts around in order when I need to change them. It has where you can "move to top" but that becomes time consuming. Would be more beneficial if we can move around.
