HELP FARM BUD DEVELOPERS OR PLAYERS OF THE GAME

I been on this game for a few years now and I love it. With the recent update I’m having trouble with my population characters. The characters aren't giving me my prizes. They’re just standing there not giving off my prizes within their time limit. This is very frustrating and annoying. I need my money and supplies to sell and expand weed buds. p.s: yes, I paid the cost to refresh the characters to do their jobs but still no prizes. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG ASAP!!!! :::UPDATE::: Farm Bud: Grass Roots have an awesome support team. My problem was fixed ASAP. Which is amazing. ? Any problems they WILL fix it!!!! All Farm Bud developers have to do now is ADD more GRAPHICS, THEMES, CONTEST, etc. Also, keep the game from crashing. I can’t see other farmers’ pics. prettycece is my farmbud name add me everyone ??????

I’ve watched 11 adds now and subscribed to the newsletter and I still haven’t received any potbucks, but besides that it’s an ok game.

I have spent a lot of time and money on this game and I wouldn’t mind doing so if I could access my storage. I have so many things located in the place where extra things store if you are not able to place them in the game or in storage it just crashes and shuts off. I have contacted support multiple times,I have uninstalled/installed and even reset my data there is nothing that’s helping me and at this point if it keeps crashing i can’t even play i have to load in every time it does that and it’s like I spend more time loading in than playing I need assistance.

I love this game, but getting tired of Floyd’s quests being the same all the time, and oftentimes the rewards are not worth what it takes to achieve them. Could use some variety.

I been playing this game for awhile now and for some reason every time I load up my game it tells me to update 45MB I push ok finally my game loads and after about 2 mins in-the hole app shuts down and I have to restart it again I have deleted and reinstalled over 4 times and still does the same I put a lot of time in this game I lost my progress twice and started over from level 1 I don’t want to delete but I can’t even play without it shutting down I’m not sure if its my phone or app I have a iPhone 6plus I’m give it a 5 star because it’s a great game and I never had a issues before the updates

Just noticed that after making many purchSes on this game that I’ve been charged DOUBLE for promo purchases. I will not be purchasing anymore and will be seeing what I can do to get my money back. BEWARE!!!!!!!

so i’ve made a review previously. i love this game so much but recently it has been crashing every 3 or 4 minutes. i’ll be playing and the game slows and eventually just crashes.

Could be fun, however game constantly is crashing and re-downloading. I’ve tried reinstalling only to lose all data, etc. Hopefully you have better luck than me

I love this game so much. But I was totally upset I could not retrieve my game from my Android phone. I switched to apple an lost 4 years worth of game settings. Still a fan either way!!!
