GREAT Game, Lots of Bugs ?

I love this game! It’s very interactive, VERY unique and fun. Definitely one of my top 3 favorite games to play. There’s always something to do, so you’re never bored (which is usually a problem with real-time games, but not this one)! However, there’s a few bugs I’ve ran into recently that have kept me from giving this the 5 stars it usually deserves and it’s pretty frustrating. Ever since I updated the app, almost every time I try to go to my dispensary or go to Floyd’s list the game says “Unknown Error, Restart Game” and it keeps downloading the 41MB it needs before the game starts over again. The game has been crashing A LOT lately, makes it pretty hard to relax and enjoy it when I have to keep restarting it. I have a lot of storage and RAM so I don’t know what else the problem would be. I’ve had this game on and off for years and never had that problem. And when I updated the game Floyds Quests completely started over. I’m on level 36 and I’m getting quests that you get when you’re a newbie at level 1. I’ve lost all my progress on the ones I had before and I’m getting prizes that aren’t worth much to me since I’m 35 levels ahead. Not a fan of this update. Second, I watch a lot of ads and take surveys for pot bucks, but lately they haven’t been so reliable. Sometimes I’ll be in the middle of a really good survey and the app crashes on me. And when I go back, the survey isn’t there anymore and I didn’t get rewarded at all for the time I spent on it. And with the video ads, they don’t always play automatically so when that happens - even when I repeatedly try to hit the play button myself - it just takes me back to the game without any reward. But it must still count as me watching the video somehow because even after trying to get it to play again and again with no luck (and no rewards) the “watch” button eventually greys out and I can’t try again for another day or so. I maybe end up getting 6 out of the 21 potbucks you’re allowed to get per day. So I’ve probably been screwed out of 100+ potbucks in total between the video ads and surveys which is very disappointing. I’ve also tried to subscribe to the newsletter for the extra 50 pot bucks but no matter how many times I send my email and follow all the steps to verify and get my reward, I’ve never gotten it. I’ve even tried a few different emails several times and it just doesn’t work. Also, when I’m on Floyd’s List I keep seeing the same exact farms popping up after every refresh, sometime the same farm might pop up twice on the same page which is kinda annoying. Not only is it crappy for the people looking for items, but also for the people selling that don’t get as many clicks when they need to get rid of things. Surely this game has enough users selling stuff for a fresh page to pop up until you find what you need without running into the same farm twice. Lastly, (and this is just a suggestion) but I think we should be able to search for what we need on Floyd’s List instead of wasting thousands of coins or waiting forever to find ONE or 2 things you need that probably wasn’t even worth the coins you spent (or the time you waited) to refresh. I usually spend more time searching through people’s farms for items I need than I do just playing the game. So either a search button or maybe an algorithm that knows what your farm needs and shows you those farms that have it first. I think that would save a lot more time for people to actually enjoy the best parts of the game! Because in my opinion, searching endlessly through Floyd’s List is one of the most frustrating parts of the app for me, and from what I’ve seen in other reviews I’m not the only one. Hopefully that all made sense, I’m a little baked ? Other than the bugs, this game is AMAZING!!! I love it ?? Keep doing what you’re doing. Happy growing ??

I normally spend quite alot of money on this game but I have yet to receive my pot bucks from watching ads and the game keeps crashing to the point I cant even play for more then 5 minutes. It also restarted all the quest over again as if I just downloaded the game.

Whatever was done on last update, it has caused errors, Impromptu shut downs and reloads of game data. Please fix... Suggestions: better prizes and expansions to put all the same ol gadgets that are given as prizes. How many zombies does a person need on their farm? Why not themed driven ones IE: summer vacation, 60’s flower power, 70’s old school party... It’s gets boring to do get same rewards, same contests, get same gizmo gadgets.... get creative!

I love playing this game it passes the time quite quickly, but recently since I downeded this new update I get a error saying I have to restart the game, which isn’t a big deal it it makes me redownload the entire game, it’s happened more than 10 times and it’s making me want to uninstall, but I’ve put money into the game and I would rather not do that for no reason.

While it crashed once in awhile before the last update, now it crashes all the time! Please fix it because I’m hooked! It used to happen only around the ads, but now it happens all the time. But truly love the bright graphics and interwoven challenges, like really running your own business. Hope it gets fixed before I get frustrated with the crashing and just quit playing... UPDATE: Crashing problem not as bad but hate the new karma rewards. Hardly make me want to try to win the contest. Bring back the good rewards! NOOOOO!!!! Got a new phone and synced all my stuff. Everything else transferred fine, except for my farm. I was at like level 80-90 and had all sorts of awesome gizmos and workers and now it dumped me back to the beginning! All because I hadn’t connected to Facebook?!? Did it ever occur to you guys that some people, due to their jobs or age, may not want their FB friends to see what they do in their free time? So frustrated. Don’t know if I have the patience to start over, may just try a dif game instead ? Update 7/23/19, have worked my way back to a fun game again, and then you do an update that crashes me every time I attempt to access the market! So my items aren’t selling either as I’m assuming that others are experiencing the same issue. Fix this please.
