So with the in app purchases, I’m getting double charged or not paying the promotional price. This is a rip off. Right in the “promo” section of the app, I bought two promotions. 1- for 1,000 potlucks for $10 and the other 4.99 for 200 guano. Nope, was double charged both times
Equipment upgrades

It’s a fun game and I like it however it takes too long to get the parts needed for equipment upgrades. I am growing level 20 plants with level 3 lights and water pumps! Really?! I don’t want it super easy but this is a little ridiculous. Think I am going to explore other similar games.

Customer Support With NO Responce

I’ve contacted customer support MULTIPLE times with NO response. I would like to reset my game, there is no possible in game reset button so I am trying to contact management. This game is really fun, I just have been waiting weeks for a response to start over my game. Any response is helpful.
Lost 7ish levels of progress

Lost 7 levels of success, exited out of the app then all the sudden the next time I check all my work has restarted and I’m back to level 2, my in app purchase still remained tho, but all used up, please fix.

I love this game and I play it alllll the time. I do think you should let us buy pot bucks with coins. That would be the best decision you could make.

Was a great game played it for a couple years but now it no longer works on my phone! Keeps saying that something went wrong and can’t open the game! Was fun to play tho but hopefully they fix that bug!

Only goes up to level 125 you should make it go higher maybe make it so we can update stuff it’s boring now
