Customer Support With NO Responce – Bud Farm: Grass Roots Review

I’ve contacted customer support MULTIPLE times with NO response. I would like to reset my game, there is no possible in game reset button so I am trying to contact management. This game is really fun, I just have been waiting weeks for a response to start over my game. Any response is helpful.
