This is the best game ever! But..........

This app is the best app I have on my phone, I think I will never delete it. But I only have two complaints: 1. I can’t have a phone call with any of the members, but I think it’s just my phone 2. I kicks me out of the game every about 6-10 minutes That’s all I have to say about this game.......and also if BTS ever find this comment, ARMY purples you????

It is a great game but every time I click to watch one of the story videos I have to try to skip it so that the whole app does not close because every time I start a video it closes the whole app. I don’t know why but I’ve had to delete it already once because the whole thing was shutting down constantly and now it’s sitting down again because of the videos what is wrong with your app and can you please fix the bug.

I love this! I play it everyday & if you army then this is for you! The only thing that frustrates me is every time I either draw coin cards or get cards I get the same cards repeatedly! I can’t progress & I can’t unlock the pictures in the photo album because it’s like the same 3 cards I need. I have been playing since the release & have never gotten any of those cards. Especially if you spend 200 gems for the pack, I still haven’t gotten anything new in months. Please fix this so I can actually get further with the game & people can not be at a standstill forever.

Me encanta, en verdad es un poco como los fanfics pero esto se siente un poco más real, me hace demasiado feliz, me siento un poco más cercana a los chicos, llevo oficialmente un año como ARMY y este juego me ayudó a conocerlos un poco más a fondo ?

Usually, this is the game I love to play in my free time. But due to recent “bugs” every time you play a video or take too long in the app it shuts down. I don’t know if they’ll fix it because even when I try to leave a comment within the app about the bugs it shuts down. Idk! I hope they fix it soon

I’ve been playing this game for about a year now, and I’ve had no problems. However, recently the game won’t let me log in and it leaves me stuck on the main page with a seven day check in box that is frozen and doesn’t have an option for me to select anything. This has been happening for 3 days now.
