i love it but some of my cards won’t show

don’t get me wrong i’m obsessed with this game and i’m been playing 24/7 but since yesterday some of my cards aren’t showing at all and it won’t let me level up and i hope they can solve this problem ❤️??

last night, the app required a download but now i can only get to the main screen without the app crashing on me. Any time i try to go within a separate area (draw, bts story, agency) it just crashes PLEASE FIX
Why I keep downloading the game.

I keep downloading the game because the game keeps making me watch the intro over and over again. And unlike most games it makes you put your parents email in until they accept it, which in general takes a very long time. And the downloading is very very slow.

it is super exited game ever, the video and songs are so good at the beginning there was a lot of things so do, but now I reach chapter 6 but I can’t move on with my current cards, so I kept i upgrade my cards, but the one game needs 10 wings to play so I have to wait for long time to recharge, in the same time it is so hard to get diamond and even when I finally get it -buy it sometimes-, I will get rarely 4stars card!! so it is not helping at all and the missions, now i reach 27 levels for each 4 categories, so the mission took so long time to finish as the same time i rarely received a group mission, as it is one per 1 to 2 days so I can’ t increase the member levels, so i stock in chapter 3 for each “ another story” , because it is needs to reach level 15 !! so please could you give more precious card daily, and give us more group missions thank you for this incredible game?✨

Ok this game already gets 2 ⭐️ because i love BTS. But... thats it for me. When i first opened the app it asked for my parents email and to get their consent. But when my mom got the email, she said that people track my info and stuff... which makes me uncomfortable. People could look at that info and do bad things to me. Thats why this game only gets 2 ⭐️ and thats it, and i didnt even get to play the game!!! I really wanted to play, but when i knew that my safety was at risk, i knew that was it. Im pretty disappointed.
Some things need to change.

As much as I love this game, it's starting to piss me off. The reason for that is because when I open the app, I get the notification that I should download around 594 MB of data to play. Not a big deal. But the problem is when it says I don't "have enough storage". I have 3.4 GB out of 5, so it shouldn't be saying that. I've already had to delete plenty of other games and apps due to this game, and I don't want to have to delete any more. Downloading data once in a while is okay, but if you're going to be demanding me to download every single day and telling me that my storage is full, then you're going to have less players. Please fix this, Netmarble.

BLINK SINCE 2016
This is the first time I have ever reviewed a game lol but it’s BTS so why not. I really enjoyed the game and the plot of the stories. It’s cool to go on a journey with BTS as their manager and understand their frustrations (that they could have gone through) when trying to debut. I feel more connected to ARMY because we all are connected by a game going through the same struggles. I wish I got more 5 star cards since I still have one, but if I do get more I’ll edit this lol if I can.

I really enjoy playing this game !!! However, I recently just discovered how almost half of my member cards don’t show the pictures now and this doesn’t allow me to level up or use the cards when playing chapters. So now I’m wasting wings playing the missions because I fail since I can’t even access all of the cards. I’ve already tried resetting my phone and exiting out of the game many times. I don’t want to delete the game then get it again even tho I synced it my Game Center , errors happen all the time..

There’s a new bug which does not load the image of certain cards and will just greys them out. I tried restarting the app but the card is still grey. Super frustrating. PLEASE FIX
