I love this game and it is so addicting mostly I love when I get prizes even though it seems like I am writing little . All I want to say this game is so so so fun and has different challenges and storyline and so much twist and turns. I am so pleased to play this game. And being part of Bts as their Army.

Maintainence often takes long time

When I downloaded the game I was extremely happy with the game, as soon as it was finished installing I was confused at the screen because it said that’s I have to wait a while for the update to finish and I’ve waited for 4 hours for it to finish and when I checked the app it said I had to wait 7 HOURS for it to finish so can someone please let me know what is going on and will this continue?

Maintenance issues

I’m all for maintenance updates but I’m not sure if it’s a glitch but this is the second time where the maintenance has been going on all day and night with it being done and then followed by another time frame. I’ve deleted the app and downloaded again with the same message. I asked other people who play if they’re getting the same issue as I am and they’re not so it can be a phone by phone issue but it’s annoying as hell! Other than that I love the game.

Updates take way to long!!

Although I love playing because I love the music and it’s relaxing, I might have to stop playing because the updates take way to long. For instance, I logged in last night (630ish PST), noticed the maintenance update will take about 02:23:45, so I close the the app and tried to open it again around midnight. App said update to take (yet another) 01:59:23. Now I long in 12 hours later and it’s going to take another 03:45:10. Why does it take so long. Is it because it’s an iOS device?

Android verses IPhone?

Everyone with IPhone has a disadvantage to android to your maintenance. My friend and I have still not been able to use our app while yesterday not long after maintenance my daughter was able to enjoy the new game we are losing time which is a disadvantage for the small amount of time you offer for the events anyway ?

I think there should be other ways to get more gems and maybe add new daily challenges it’s always the same ones it kinda bores me but I guess since it’s a simple game idk like maybe something like feed a specific member 3 recuperation items or use a specific member for a mission idk and also here’s a complain I love the game but the reason why im a little butthurt it’s cause I got a 5star jungkook and it didn’t give me the little mobile interaction when I collected it and I was so sad I was gonna let go but then it happened again with a 4star Jin and I was like bUT wHy? I was so disappointed but basically I want more gems?
