This game is amazing. It offers a deep level of gameplay and enormous attention to detail. I would strongly recommend this game to anyone that enjoys amazingly fun strategic gameplay.
Great simplistic fun for hours!
Greatly made game
This game is great. it contains no in app purchases making it a free "full" version, and I would find hours of myself in this game. Get it or you'll regret it. It should definitely be in the "genius" section of the App Store.

Now this may be a very contested title I have absolutely nothing wrong with this game never a review less then 4 stars and now I see why. I love the ASCII look and the gameplay is amazing never the same anything. The controls are great and the only reason why this game is not at the top is because permadeath but this is a rougelike so expect it. Interface is perfect and I don't need to win to love this game 10/10 monkeys are evil

If you loved Rogue-like games in the past, this is what you've been waiting for. In fact, Brogue makes what I think are some solid improvements. If you've never played one of these games, do yourself a favor and try this - you have no idea what you're in for! A couple tiny suggestions for the developer: 1) As another reviewer suggested, I'd also like to see the health counter-bar displayed numerically 2) I've found the "Quit without Saving" option in the menu misleading, as it didn't clearly let me know I was deleting the entire game-file. Super 5-Star Fun!

I loved the game, beat it several times, on both difficulty settings. I know it's not simple but I would absolutely enjoy some more enemies/allies/weapons? That's it! Thanks
