Great app for traveling dog owners

This app is a live saver when we travel. We use it to find pet-friendly trails, hotels and restaurants on the road.

I made a reservation through Bring Fido. When I got the confirmation, the date had flipped to today’s date! I immediately called customer service. They couldn’t change the date. They would need to contact the hotel to cancel the reservation. I offered to call the hotel—nope, they had to do it, and would do so via email and mark it urgent. I called the hotel and made my own reservation for the date needed. A couple hours later I of a call from Bring Fido that the hotel I had made the reservation with hoes through Booking.com, so I would have to call them directly to get the reservation cancelled. What a runaround! Be aware that the date you enter at the beginning of your search may flip to something else somewhere along the way—even when you finalize your reservation. Definitely needs a bug fix!

Good people and they love dogs. They sell food for dogs and beverages. They’ll bring out a bowl of water also.

We have travelled to Arizona and back to Michigan in the last two weeks. I’ve used Bring Fido five times during this trip to find hotels that accept pets. Everyone has been helpful and courteous. They have all been more than willing to help with any issues. I highly recommend!

This app takes out the stop and asking if a hotel will take pets. Makes traveling with our fur babies so much easier!

I have used them repeatedly. Each time it was late at night, some bad weather, tired and I needed to be off the road. They were so helpful and considerate looking up the closest hotels off of nearest exits, letting me know reviews and then booking them for me. Amazing service. Highly recommend them. ❤️

Bring Fido found multiple places that it said would take 3 dogs with no pet fee. I checked out 3 of them before booking and learned all had a 2 dog limit and a per night per dog pet fee. Gave up on using bring Fido. No way to submit info to let BringFido up to date.

BringFido was awesome. I accepted booked our stay for the wrong date and when I showed up the hotel they told me to contact BringFido and everything would be ok. Well it totally was.. BringFido called the hotel & switched everything for me & than called me back to let me know everything was all set. Super helpful and super friendly!!!
