Disappointed – BringFido Review

I made a reservation through Bring Fido. When I got the confirmation, the date had flipped to today’s date! I immediately called customer service. They couldn’t change the date. They would need to contact the hotel to cancel the reservation. I offered to call the hotel—nope, they had to do it, and would do so via email and mark it urgent. I called the hotel and made my own reservation for the date needed. A couple hours later I of a call from Bring Fido that the hotel I had made the reservation with hoes through Booking.com, so I would have to call them directly to get the reservation cancelled. What a runaround! Be aware that the date you enter at the beginning of your search may flip to something else somewhere along the way—even when you finalize your reservation. Definitely needs a bug fix!
