I left a comment on a listing. The restaurant had my comment deleted and GAVE themself a rating of five (I gave them a one).

I was getting ready to travel cross country and someone mentioned this app. Now I know we could probably stay at some hotels that aren’t dog friendly and possibly get away with it, but it was important to me that my dog could roam free with me and I didn’t have any worries This app came in handy in a big way. I drove 10 hours a day I was beat by the evening. I just want to be able to find a clean hotel, be able to check in with ease and get my doggo and myself safe, sound and to sleep as quick as possible. I am grateful for this app. It saved me so much time and was very user friendly. Thank you from, ? Kimberly ? Roxy

Used it for first time at AmericInn waconia,mn app worked great. We had a very nice checkin experience. They gave my pup a treat and our first floor room was near to the outside potty area. Highly recommend the App and the hotel.

Traveling with our dogs is newer to us as empty nesters. Bring Fido has helped so much. We don’t have to guess where our dogs will be welcome, the accommodations feature reviews, dog friendly activities are listed and of course we love the local dog parks! Thanks Bring Fido! We appreciate you!

Don’t EVER use them!!!!

The app is not clear on dates and I tried to fix reservation immediately after booking. Their offices are CLOSED before 9pm pst. I got charged the full price!!!!!! I’m reporting them and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Save yourself and only use them to see who allows pets and then book direct. They are a scam.

Good App needs to be updated

Overall good app just need some updates to restaurants that are closed for good. Also would be nice to save searched places.
