Latest Update Issues - SEP 2019

Since the app’s latest update, the app no longer works when I’m connected to wi-fi on either of my phones.

I been using it for almost a year and it was fine, until couple months ago it started freezing up and the refresh button for location disappear; please it needs an update ASAP or at least the refresh button to come back

They updated but that update broke the app. It doesn’t show where the tracker is. It doesn’t show breadcrumbs correctly. When you call then they are confused as heck. It’s just a poor app.

Total total total crap. It’s been a week and the app is useless after being “ updated” it’s as if they didn’t test the update. They still charged for service even with no ability to track
Not bad but needs a refresh button in iPhone version

It’s basic but you need to use desktop version to set up your various alerts and geofences and to do most things. For strictly tracking the biggest issue is that there is no visible refresh button on the iPhone version. It’s there on an iPad. Either add it or auto refresh because right now it requires a logout and re login to refresh the current location of the tracker.

Newest updates have made things worse. I get a totally black screen half the time upon opening the app, even have tried opening it several times in a row with no luck. Please fix this app so I can actually use it or provide a rebate since it isn’t working half the time.

Your important fixes 3 weeks again didn’t fix anything. Now all I see is a black screen. Deleted and downloaded, signed in and chose device and was greeted with a black screen. I finally went to the full web site, logged in and saved it as a shortcut on my phone. Fix the app!

3 weeks prior the APP worked Now Nothing can’t see details or current location and the breadcrumbs don’t function correct. Either fix or go back to prior 1.4 ver
