Track View is an easy to use mobile app that connects you to the BrickHouse Security GPS Platform (gps.brickhousesecurity.com) and enables its subscribers to view locations collected by their GPS tracking device. All device configuration, alerts and geofences are configured within the online portal.

The desktop and App have been of no use as they are not functioning for me and customer service has been difficult if not impossible to reach. I am paid up on a yearly basis with now at least one month of no service.

Unable to log in from my iPhone. That's one of the factors that lead me to buying this thing and it doesn't work

Breadcrumbs horrible

The breadcrumb tracking feature of this app is horrible. It shows every point that my tracker has ever been since I have enabled the device. So what you see is clutter. The app needs to be improved to where you can choose a date or time frame that you want to see the breadcrumb trails from your device. Without that feature it is basically useless as you have points randomly everywhere and are unable to determine rhyme or reason of the tracks. The app however does work well if you were only interested in seeing your devices current location. Hopefully Brickhouse can improve this app to functionally use the breadcrumbs just by allowing the user to select a breadcrumb timeframe to display on your screen. I use iPhone 5s, on IOS 9

The service is horrible I have 3 units and am paying 80.00 a month for tracking that never works.... Now the app doesn't even work.

I purchased the nano 4 to monitor my 17 year old son and so far it's useless. I can't log into the app. User name/ password incorrect and it's not. Also I set alerts for excessive speed to text my phone and I keep receive multiple texts when the car has been parked for hours and the texts are repeats. For $29.99 a month find my iPhone tracks better because he don't leave home without but unfortunately it don't give speed alerts. Brickhouse we need you to fix this please!
