You can't log in, the app wont let you log in. Always incorrect user name and password!!! Whats the point of having a service that you cant use?? Cancelling right away. Iphone 6 Plus iOS 8.4.... And iOS 9

I initially had a problem logging into this app. I totally close the app and accessed it from my iPhone icon and it worked as advertised.

I can't even log into the app, so that's why I gave it 1 star. I've been using the desktop version for about 7 months and it's been ok. Don't be fooled though, this is NOT real time. Whatever you're tracking has a 1 minute interval. For The last couple of months tho, I have to reboot the device every time I want to track my car. Extremely frustrating since it can take up to 20 minutes to reboot. I'm currently looking for another option to spend $30 per month on.

It keeps saying that log in info is incorrect but I know it's correct because I log in on computer every day with it. Garbage and because of this I will cancel this service and go spend $30 a month somewhere else.

Can't login with the correct username and password. This app is a joke so as their service. The whole point of having a tracker device is to track the vehicle but 75% of the time is not getting signal. It jumps from one location to the next after 30 min or sometimes 45 min. No accuracy. Don't waste your time and money with them.

The app is very basic. You can track the GPS but lacks almost every other function that you find on the desktop. Contrary to the other review you can find all the info in the demo3 picture- it just takes some playing around with. Overall the app needs some improvements and I would much rather view on the desktop version as it is loaded with way more options. For a quick glance or update it's useful, for anything else use your computer. **Geo Fencing does not work on the app as of yet. I believe you can only create this on the desktop**
