This game refreshes its file everytime I open the app and I'm forced to wait an hour to download my game data everytime I want to play please fix

My game is in Japanese and I can't see everything or the name right on the characters I love playing this game but I will stop playing if the problem dose not get fix. The keeps freezing and is still not working right PLEASE FIX THiS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE THIS GAME! This game is really fun and enjoyable. I stopped playing the game for about a month and I decided to play it again. I updated the app and and I started playing. I noticed that all the text were a bit odd and different. I can't even view my units! The names of the units are COMPLETELY different and it looks really odd... Can someone help please? Thank you.

This app is very good and has a great story to it but the download times and the amount of times you see the download screen is too much, and you may have to close the app for "refreshing latest content" when you open the app. So beware of this one thing but it's great none the less

It starts out easy but the more you level the more challenges open up. This is not one of those games where you buy the latest character and win everything. You need planning and strategy. Lots of free gems and events

Easy and fun to play. Haven't tried out the new guild setting yet and not so sure about the player base. But as far as I know it's pretty popular and still as fun as day one. I'm personally loving the new updates.

I've been playing for about two years now and I am in love with the game the gameplay and the unique characters you get to follow along in the story, but I don't get to do that when after I update the app and close it it says I haven't updated and makes me do the process all over again, which is highly upsetting due to the fact that I've done it three times already. And then when it opens it says things like file_error and is in Japanese and I can't see my units, can't do arena, can't do much of anything and I love this game so much so please please what ever is going on please fix it so I can get back to the game. Thanks
