Fun game glitches need to be fixed asap – Brave Frontier Review

I've been playing for about two years now and I am in love with the game the gameplay and the unique characters you get to follow along in the story, but I don't get to do that when after I update the app and close it it says I haven't updated and makes me do the process all over again, which is highly upsetting due to the fact that I've done it three times already. And then when it opens it says things like file_error and is in Japanese and I can't see my units, can't do arena, can't do much of anything and I love this game so much so please please what ever is going on please fix it so I can get back to the game.
