Great game but one thing

I’ll be honest I really enjoy this game and I have started playing this a month after it released and to this day it’s still fun their quest and storyline was really good and other quest they had were also good even though some were difficult. The game was a really good rpg game but I’ll say the one thing I don’t like (or I’m just always unlucky) are the summons.When I do summons I get so many duplicates and it gets me frustrated because I get them over and over and over, and the odds getting a good unit is me getting electrocuted by an outlet.when sae was in the summon gates I had 20 summons tickets I got so many duplicates from kulyuk, regil,hisui, alessa, rengeku , izuna, and avernus but the only unit I got was the divine machine.This has happen to me many times since I save my summon tickets and gems for a unit I want since I don’t buy gems or summon tickets in the game I just get so many duplicates and my friends play this game also and they get good units and they don’t buy gems like when Beatrix and the guilty gear summon 2 of my friends gotten dizzy and beatrix and one summon which got me mad especially when one of my uncle he had gotten natsu ,Lucy feng, Juno seto, dizzy, and Beatrix in one summon that just made me extremely mad because I’m here saving gems and do summons and get duplicates and they can get really good units in 1 summon. If I am lucky (00.001% chance) I can get a good unit but it’s only one summon or two and I usually get lucky once or twice in a year because the first I got lucky was when shion was in the summon gate and he was the only good unit I’ve gotten and I did 4 tries then the next one which I was really lucky was when I got blaze In my fourth summon then linasera and it lasted for 3 days my luck then I went back to duplicates. I just hope in the future gumi will increase the rates more and have dungeons or quest that gives us more gems since I’ve beat almost everything and the the only gem I can get is the Pious emperor trial.

Filed a ticket twice. Never got back to me at all. Get back to me within 24-48 hours my butt. Second, ever since I upgraded to iOS 11, the watch free videos for free stuff have been freezing the app every video watched. Overall game is fun and all, but customer service and filing tickets is horrendous.

Played it when it first came out then got my phone stolen 2 years ago and totally forgot about the game until I seen my friend on it. I re-downloaded it and all my rooms are still here and the game is amazing, just need a better touch up on the social side of the game

Gumi I’ve logged on this game for 40 days and whenever I try to submit my form it always says whoops try again can you fix this please? Or something because this happened last unit of choice and I couldn’t get it because of that error whenever I tried to submit a form. The unit of choice is basically pointless because you can’t get anything because it is so bad

Hey I really love this game and love the game play but there a problem with the present in the game every time there’s a unit in it and I press collect or receive it just disappear and when I click units and look for it it’s not their same thing happened my 40 login anniversary of emperor shion

Terrible App Guys Come On
So, you know the reward campaign that's been going on for a month? All the rewards come to me in my present box. But, the units like Chivalrous Thief Zelnite didn't go to my units. They're no where. I accepted them in my present box, but just nothing.
