Problems with HEIC photos

Am I the only one having problems with HEIC photos not working in the app?

Are you kidding, after the latest update app doesn’t stay logged in and have to continue to sign in and enter two step verification. I am thankful for the security but come on just enable the Touch ID feature to it.

Security broken with iOS 11

First the left side bar buttons seem to be in the wrong place and are hard to tap in iOS 11. Most importantly the passcode and touchID preference keeps resetting in iOS 11 and the cover view while the app is backgrounded doesn’t cover the app when the home button is double tapped in iOS 11.

Created more problems

I don’t know what they did but yesterday’s update has locked me out of Box which was a great tool until now. I use it constantly all day long at work and share files with my team. Now NOTHING!!!! I’m praying they fix their fix soon.

Continually requires login

Box iPad app keeps requiring log-in even though set up for security code and finger print ID. Very annoying... More annoying is complete lack of response from Box to address this. Does anyone at Box care? It’s been a couple of weeks with no response. Very disappointing...

Never displays photos

Don’t use Box for photos on your phone. The app never displays them, which defeats the whole purpose. All you’ll see is a green placeholder icon. It’s not once in awhile, it’s always. This is when it’s on LTE or WiFi with a solid connection and other apps are working just fine. Use Mega, Shoebox, Mediafire,...pretty much anything else.

Can’t save down files

Still love this app but for some crazy reason I can no longer save photos back to my phone. It’s like the download/ save function is missing. What am I missing

why is it when i don’t internet it signs me out and then i gotta update my music all the time it’s very annoying. hopefully you fix this problem and i’ll write a better review ???

Since iOS 11, I have had to sign back into the app every time it Is reopened. To be clear, if the app is not fully closed, there is no problem. But leaving the app open all the time defeats the extra security layer of Touch ID or an extra code. This behavior never occurred prior to iOS 11. Please fix!!!

Something happened, and a five star app went to a two or three star app. Thankfully, it appears that I don’t have to login each time I open the document. However, many of my pictures will not show now. Something is wrong with this new iteration. This has been a stellar app, and no doubt will continue to be, but somethings wrong with this version.
