Not compatible with iPhones

This app is not compatible with iPhone’s HEIC files. Months have gone by and according to the Community Managers on the forums the Product team does not have any immediate plans to making it compatible. Do not download.
Cannot play audio in background

Before this version, no problem playing audio in the background. Now this cannot be done. Hey BOX ever hear of something called QA and testing?
App still broken

After iOS 11 now SSO keeps getting kicked out and having to log back in. They pushed an update that still hasn’t fixed the problem. Can’t use the app because I have to keep logging in over and over

This app has worked really well for the last few years. After the most recent update, it is now crashing and signing out every time I use it.
Forced logout then have to redownload files

Every so often I get forced logged out, when I log back in, the folders I have selected to view offline are no longer offline, and I have to redownload them again.
SSO login fails

I hoped to use this to access my files on the go, but SSO login keeps failing.
Won’t stay logged in

Several times per day the app returns me to the login screen when I tap back to an enclosing folder or even just open the app. Very frustrating on iOS 11. I like the Markdown support for viewing files and the ability to natively edit .md and .txt files without leaving the app. Searching file names seems to only return text strings, not words in any order. The app searches all folders rather than the open one, even when “Current Folder” is selected for the search scope.

five star if it didnt keep randomly logging me out. even while playing music would make it do so as well

App was great recent changes to either iOS or the app itself have made this unstable. It always logs me out and than I have to remark all my folders I need for offline use. Major major major hassle. Please fix was great before!!!!!!!

It has many of the bells and whistles one might expect from any cloud storage client, except it won’t keep me longed in. What’s the use of making something available offline if I can’t login because I’m offline? I FEEL ANGER!
