Cumbersome

Haven’t been able to log back into the app in days. The app just gets stuck on a gray login page that doesn’t load.
This would be great, if they didn’t constantly ask for a rating.

Trouble accessing documents

None of the previews show up for me. I have to open the documents on my Microsoft office app to see anything, but when this happens it stops my coworkers from being able to access the document. Frustrating because before I had to download the app, I had no trouble accessing my documents online.

BOX has been our file server for 2+ years now and it’s been perfect. Everything is easy for our team and we all have what we need, wherever we are. Made the transition to remote working during COVID-19 shut downs easy.
