Not so much accessible with people using screen readers

The app is not very much accessible for people with visual impairments using screen readers. Please update it to be inclusive and accessible.

good cloud service but far too many random upload errors. no other cloud storage has this issue.
No log off link

In mobile app, unlike website, there is no logout link, so if my phone is stolen, the thief will have full access to my Box files. I am uninstalling app from my phone.

Needed a tool to have files accesible always in my phone this works with PDFs word .. great
The lack of dark mode is appalling

Any day now, they’ll add dark mode support and my rating will go up by a few points. Till then, box doesn’t seem to care about its users.
Sharing Projects

This is a great app to share projects with my employees. When anyone is on a project we don’t have to call to get information about it. We can look at it in the Box. Saves down time. So a great app. Thanks!
Lost Bookmark Access, Constant Offline Syncing

The old app used to be stable and useful, but has recently lost two critical features. 1) the button for accessing bookmarks in PDF documents is just GONE. For large PDF documents in my business, this is a big loss. And 2) The offline docs require constant syncing, pretty much invalidating the usefulness of the feature. It’s also really hard to find the offline docs, which used to have their own main tab. the app has also been very unstable compared to previous versions. Not sure what happened with the developer team, but this version is a big step backward.
