Great sound; discontents often

I can’t say enough good thinks about the quality of sound that comes out of this speaker, but I’m for ever reconnecting the speaker to my WiFi.

Stopped being compatible with my IPhone11 Pro and my IPad. ??????? I ran an iPhone update 13.3. Now this phone is not talking to my Zepplin Air.
Zeppelin rendered unable to add to network

Unable to add my Zeppelin the network as the app hangs and fails multiple times. Tried plugging in via Ethernet to update firmware but it is unable to complete and hangs. This is a horrible user experience and a wasted product.

Having to re-set-up my old zeppelin air a few times I’ve learned the following. Reset the device, then power up. Then disconnect power for at least an hour. If you try to get the zeppelin to start up right away it just sits there slowly flashing red. But when giving some time between the reset and powering up the zeppelin, the set-up works flawlessly.
