Zeppelin rendered unable to add to network – Bowers & Wilkins Control Review

Unable to add my Zeppelin the network as the app hangs and fails multiple times. Tried plugging in via Ethernet to update firmware but it is unable to complete and hangs. This is a horrible user experience and a wasted product.
