App Never Booked My Appointment
ruined my plans
I booked an appointment for Valentine’s Day a week in advance. After using this app twice to book prior appointments with the same provider it oddly made me make a new account when I went to book this last time. I get on the app to check my appointment time today and find the appointment was never booked. I specifically remember completely booking the appointment and re entering my card information thinking at the time it was odd. Ruined my plans. Deleting this app and never trusting it again.

Easy and convenient to use. I would suggest providing clients with a feature to be notified when times slots become available with their stylists. Otherwise, I like the app!
Too glitchy

The app glitches too much, doesn’t allow me to book ahead & if my barber doesn’t have slot it glitches harder & trys to continually refresh, have to restart the app
First time haircut

Had my sons haircut yesterday. Had to wait 15 minutes past our appointment time. His haircut was great- NO ONE was wearing masks! At ALL! ?? We wore them of course. I won’t go back because of this.
Doesn’t send any confirmation code to my phone

Book your appointment this has been my friend for about 10 years she started my locs back in September 2021 she is professional, timely, kind, warm hearted and not only that she is very gifted with her hands. She does this thing with perfection. I guarantee you will be very satisfied and won’t want no one else on your head.
