I really hate the new Booksy, I’ve been a customer for years. They’ve completely changed the accessibility, charge for any little thing and made the features even harder to keep toot business flowing ! Only reason I’m still using is Bc I’m searching for a better booking app !

Great experience with the Stylist once I found who I was looking for, but Booksy? There are many other appointment apps that work better. Booksy —too much work to find who you’re looking for and I csn find the same info easier using Google search
App fails at its only purpose

Booksy decided to log me out and delete my account and appointments. Support tab only takes you to app review page. Complete failure and waste of time.
