I cancelled a haircut appointment about 5hrs prior the appointment and Booksy still charged me. Regardless of the rules saying 3hrs prior or after that will be charged. So very disappointed with this app and to think I liked it before this incident.

AB the barber contacted me from a unknow number that’s located in Denver he was very rude and disrespectful . Is booksy policy for barbers to contact customer about reviews placed via phone calls ?

Its a great app to book appointments with my barber, I have notifications on to remind me the date of the appointment but the app doesn’t keep me signed in. This needs to be fixed.
