I am able to book my hair cut appointments with my barber in New Jersey when I’m home and when I’m in Florida at home I can book my haircut appointments with my barber. I have 2 homes and 2 barbers. Works for me!

Cant sign in

I created an account via the Sign In with Apple feature and was able to use it for a short period of time, but I have never been able to log in again since. Whenever I click the sign in button, it prompts me to use FaceId and then when it’s complete nothing happens. The app seems very useful, but I haven’t been able to actually use it since with the account I had created.

Unable to log in on iOS app

Booksy is defaulted to German and I am unable to change the location to the United States. I am also unable to login to my account. When attempting to do so, it forces a new account creation. Please get this fixed ASAP. I can log in on the web version and can change the country, which is defaulted to German to the US. Is Booksy an app owned by a German company? Get it together or risk losing me.

I hate the fact that if I’m looking for let’s say “Pet Services” I have to go through hair stylists and barbers listed in the “Pet Services”. But it’s that way no matter what item you’re looking for. It’s like they just allow anyone to post anywhere. I would think that in 2021 they would review these and clean them up.
