They charge me double for a client charge back even when I showed them text prove between me and one of they reps IZA that I paid the charge off they still charged me and now they when I call I can’t get through or If I do get through they hang up. I will be cancelling and going to StyleSeat

I can’t even log in to my account, it keeps saying “this field is required” even after I put the confirmation code that they send me through text.!

How do I delete my account?

I used booksy one time. I cant delete my account and I continue to get text messages from a barber that I have not used since. Ive blocked the number but new ones pop up. I cant find a delete account option on their website and their chat function has been removed from their app.

Garbage search function never pulls up the one service I use this app for. Past appointments are listed but it doesn’t give the option to book again. Don’t use this app unless you have no other option
