Full of bugs that renders it outright useless

The app was good at the start, collaborated with the uni I was studying. But now, its completely inaccessible, you have to sign in every time, and even the sign in page is so buggy that you cannot see the texts you’re typing (email address). I have re-downloaded the app hoping that it will fix the issue but to no avail! How do I access my books?!

This app is great for school but the reader sounds robotic. Is there an add-on that can make the voice sound regular?

This app is really easy to use and is well put together with good features. I’ve been using it for a statistics textbook and it’s worked great, not buggy at all. Would recommend for e-books.
syncing and highlighting are a horrible experience

on iPad Pro using the Apple Pencil. Particularly egregious given the restrictive DRM.

Just as the title says, it’s really buggy and you can’t rely on it for notes, etc.

I only use the app because I purchased my textbooks as ebooks in this platform. It constantly crashes. It crashed a total of 5 times in an open book test within 45 minutes. Imagine taking a TIMED test and having to delete the app and redownload it just so you can see the notes/highlights you made in your textbook!

Honestly, this app is not good. I bought a textbook that I can only access through this app which is not good. I cannot highlight material and everything is clunky, it glitches, It is not a comfortable reading experience... very dissatisfied with this app and the fact that I must use it to read my 200$ book ?
**Blank pages

Every so often I’ll come across a page that is BLANK thinking it is just a blank page but then I press the voice reader button and find out that there is info on the blank page that I just can’t see and the only way to see it is to press the voice reader and hear it. Not cool! Considering I paid money for these books, I should be getting EVERY word just as if it were a tangible book and I study for exams from these textbooks so if you don’t mind...PLEASE fix.
