This app has been so valuable! Once books are entered I can easily keep track of the many books in my classroom library. I can quickly see if there are multiple copies, if the copy has been borrowed and even if it is at home. I love that I can enter books into a wishlist and the convenience of having the lists on my phone has been awesome! Entering books can take time if they can't be scanned but I'm not sure if there is anyway to improve that with older versions of books so I still gave it 5 stars.

Finally an app to manage my book library that's simple and full of features. I searched online and downloaded several other apps that were clunky and difficult before I tried this one. Without a doubt this one is a keeper. The interface is simple and clean, and the continual updates just keep it making it better. Just a few things I would like to see in the future, the option to use iCloud as a backup option, some way to add or indicate ebooks and possibly have a dark theme selection. Overall the best book manager in the App Store!!!

I'm one that usually at some point buys a book I've already read so I'm so glad I found this app. Not only does it keep track of books I own but ones I've read through the library. Plus it gives a synopsis of the book & a place for notes so I can remind myself who the bad guy was & how it ended. I love that I can use the scanner on the barcode or just look it up on line. And you can sync it from your phone to your tablet. You can also track a series of books to know which ones you have left to read. I paid for the app because the free one only let you store 50 books but it's been well worth it.

This app is really useful for large and small libraries. I always have friends wanting to borrow books and finally I can do so without having to ask if they ever gave me back that book or not. Or that one friend who is always borrowing without asking and then claiming it's their book when you find it in the floorboard of their car, shame shame. One less thing to keep track of. Just let Book Buddy do it for you!

I searched App Store for Book Library apps—only saw several true book library apps. I tried several that were free or had in-app purchases (wasn’t going to pay for this kind of app without trying it first). Every one I tried gave me some kind of problem: couldn’t find the book, didn’t save the entry, didn’t save the cover photo I took, etc.., I tried this one before throwing in the towel and just going with a generic database app like Tap Forms (which I really like)... but lo and behold...it worked on everything I tried. Will definitely be upgrading. Good solid app.
