This is my first and probably the only book catalog app I will purchase. Easy to use. Just scan and save! If you have older books, you may have to manually enter them. No biggie really. The only thing that would make it perfect for me, is to be able to search duplicates. I tend to purchase duplicates to give away as gifts; and it would make so much easier to search by duplicates so that I know which ones I can give away. Other than that, I love it! Thank you!

I like this app but wish in volume you can put a Decimal like when there a half or addition (example volume 2.5)

This app has some amazing tools. You can search online instead of manually scanning. You can scan multiple codes at once. You can add tags and shelves and so many other things to organize your shelves perfectly. However- it fails to recognize more than half of my books. Which makes it a nightmare to manually put in every single one. Maybe if it connected to goodreads it would have a better chance at finding the books and therefore jump this rating from a three to a five. That one simple thing is all I think this app needs in my opinion. I think I'll stick to GR for now but maybe if they make some minor changes I will switch over to this app. It's wonderful, really, but it's lacking in important parts. If the app can't find my books, it just makes it harder for me to enter them.

I buy LOTS of books. More than once I've bought a second copy of a book without realizing it. This handy app keeps me from making that mistake. I've tried other apps and found them frustrating due to slow speeds and clunky systems for adding books. This one works like a charm. I love it!

Why are you against a desktop client? For those who have tones of books and want to archive them in bookbuddy a desktop client is essential.

This app is super easy to use but it does not recognize children's books. As a teacher I was hoping this app would help me keep track of what titles I have and to organize them, but it only recognized 2/10 barcodes, and these were not obscure children's books.

First five books scanned, it only recognized one. I am not adding that much information by hand. Sorry.

I used to keep track of books, movies, and shows etc. on plaintext lists, but these apps designed specifically to keep those lists yet also provide additional information and a better interface are so nice, this is the best one I found for keeping track of books – – I like todo movies and and ITV shows for the others--this app is updated fairly frequently for this type of app also the developers seem to care about improving this experience

While it is the one of the best book managers the barcode scanner finds about 2 books out of every 10. I'd buy the full version if it was fixed. The free version does have limits but I have yet to find a book organizer this well done and I've gone through a few. I do wish it would auto fill the price too.
