Don’t purchase device is useless during prime time hours.

This device is absolutely useless! During prime time hours there servers become overloaded and the device stops working daily for 30-120 minutes. At first they tried saying was an issue with my network etc... they denied the device needing to access there servers. I was able to clearly demonstrate I was able to control the status light on the device yet it was not issuing commands to my fans. This not an issue with my WiFi, after they admitted it was a cloud based service they tried saying the issue was my fans were very new and not in their database yet another lie because when I setup the fan it shows the exact model number of my fans and all of there functions. If this company scraps the product or folds we will be with a useless paper weight. They should be honest and clearly state it is a cloud based device and requires there servers to operate. They also tried blaming amazon or Alexa for the issues but I demonstrated the issues occur within my home network and directly from their app.

Easy setup. Works great. Love the product. I live in Florida and have six ceiling fans over two floors and 2500 square feet. I can now control all six fans from one location on my tablet, phone, or Alexa.

I search for about two years to find a way to salvage my existing fans and not have to spend big money. Thank you bond for providing this product. Super easy install and set up.

I find it amazing that I can control four ceiling fans in the house with this wonderful app. Through Alexa I have combined multiple fans to respond to one command and I am hopeful for HomeKit integration in the future.

Great product but UI needs redesign

Don't get me wrong: I love using the Bond device to control my ceiling fan/light! However, using app's UI could be significantly improved. When launching the app, there is so much empty white space underneath the device listings yet I still have to tap a 2nd time to access my device's remote control buttons. It's much faster to use Widgets or 3D Touch to control a device. Why not have the remote control functions appear immediately in that white space and even the ability to swipe left/right to control multiple devices?

It is easy to set up and use. However, there are two things that could be done better. 1. Use a linear control for the dimmer. It doesn’t matter if it is horizontal or vertical. Just linear. 2. Send the configuration of the light to Alexa as a dimmer, not as a switch with only an ON or OFF setting. This means it is only partially integrated with Alexa, not fully.
