Outstanding product!!! Super easy

Doesn’t work

Auburn.Tiger

I have standard, very common Hampton Bay fans in my house. The bond does not recognize anything from the remotes, and will not function. I am very tech savvy and have tried everything to no avail. Tech support said they are “elevating to engineering” but haven’t heard anything... I’m returning this worthless product. We should be able to do better in the USA in 2019. Don’t buy stock in this company.

Works ok, but it has yet to update settings

I use the bond with Alexa and 3 ceiling fans. It does what it is supposed to, with 1 caveat. If I have Alexa do 2 fixtures at once, it is a 50/50 chance that both will activate. Other devices don’t have that issue. The main thing is that it was supposed to be expanded beyond ceiling fans and as yet there is no updates as promised. It doesn’t mean that it isn’t useful, just not as flexible as advertised.

Worked with simple and quick setup

I was impressed that it found all six fans in the database and I control all fans in a a 3000+ sqft home!

Fantastic Fan Control

I just got my Bond and had my Emerson fan configured with the Bond within 20 minutes. It immediately recognized my 6 speed Emerson Eco fan, all speeds work, light turns on/off and dims. Bond connected to Alexa for voice commands, it amazing. I can’t wait for the garage door software to be able to control my garage door.

No HomeKit support

Still no HomeKit support or Apple Shortcuts.

No reverse

Nonfan reverse Alexa command

Works flawlessly

After reviewing all of the other options to connect my remote controlled Hunter ceiling fan to my smart home network, I decided to pay the little extra and buy a Bond. I'm so glad I did. Complete setup was quick and easy, taking only about 10 minutes, and now I can give voice commands to my device to turn on/off and adjust the speed of my ceiling fan without needing to search around for a remote. Splendid.
