My notes disappeared

I went onto the app, new screen, I followed instructions to back up data. Went to reload does not reload. Please help me, I have every customer contact info. on this app. I did not remove the app,. Please advise as soon as someone can.


Horrible App update, lost 5+ years of notes!

I have been a longtime user of this app and praised its security features! As of recently, I never had to update my phone or the app for that matter since I'm using an iPhone 6 there's no urgency for me. However, when the instance I finally did decide to update things and launched the app, everything was lost! All my notes for those 5+ years, gone. I noticed other users experiencing the same thing and hoped to wait it out for a new patch thereafter and even decided to email their customer service from their designated website. No patch, and no response from that email. I had teetered on the idea from just erasing my phone completely and backing up from 3 months ago just to see if I can my notes back, but after much research it would be fruitless. I'm honestly disappointed in how things turned up in this and it doesn't seem they are in the same urgency to realize how their users benefited from their app for a long time just to lose it all from an update. Kinda lost a lot of points in my book. I hope things can be rectified from this and that they are working on correcting this issue. Fingers crossed.


Missing Notes

After this recent update all my notes are gone. I followed the on screen instructions to backup my info. The backup is completely blank. Please help

After years of using this app, I can’t access all of my saved passwords and notes because of the new update. it is just stuck on a “processing” message. disappointing, hopefully they find a fix for this soon

Option to open at most recent entry

This app is solid, I like it lots. I updated recently (after probably a long time) and found that every file now opens at the beginning/top of the entry, whereas before it opened at the bottom/end. I have a couple very long notes, and now I have to scroll all the way down to make an addition. I liked it better before, I’d love it it could be changed back or otherwise an option added in settings (if it is an option and I’m not seeing it, my apologies). Thanks!

I also updated to the new version of the app. I didn't know I was going to lost all of my notes. Is there something I can do to recover my notes!

After the new update, one of my folders with critical information stored won’t open and I’m unable to restore from backup or access via a link that was emailed. Really frustrating as I do not have that information stored anywhere else. It’s a complete loss. If this can’t be fixed I will delete the app and find something else. Maybe have to go back to old school save hard copy in filing cabinet!!
