Lost all notes to recent update.

I used to love this app until the most recent update. I lost all my data/notes and I have not been able to retrieve my information yet. This is very frustrating as I used the app often. Please help!

Bait & Switch Ads

Started seeing ads recently. Was not part of original app. Apparently “self-updated” since I refused to update in anticipation of less privacy with any updates. Clicking on “remove” ad shows $4.99 price but does not state if amount is onetime or other. Looking for another app.
There is a problem now.

I used to enjoy using this app for its practicality and ease of access. Ever since the big update, however, I can’t access my most important notes. The app crashes immediately upon clicking any folder. Scrolling down my notes also causes the app to crash. This is extremely inconvenient since I have critical documents saved to this app that I cannot currently access. If this issue is not fixed soon, there are going to be some serious problems.
The pop up ads are obnoxious

EVERY time I open the app I get an ad. Lately it’s been mostly videos that you have to wait on to use the app. I’m about to transfer all my notes to another app if this keeps up.
Removing iCloud sync

Why would you remove the iCloud sync? That is why I loved this app. Now I have to go through a secondary for sync? Disappointing. I will be looking for another app that will go across all of my other devices. Now this app updated on my iPad and I lost EVERYTHIING! The back up did not work! Why would you create an update that does not transfer the original files!?!?

I love BluLines, but after this recent update, I can’t even open the app. Fix immediately please

The 7.0 update keeps foreclosing the app & didn’t even send the back up my email. I have over 500 notes on this app and I can’t open it because of this new update! If I delete the app, I will lose all my notes so I am stuck between a rock and a hard place. I used this app to store everything and the developers ruined it with their unnecessary update! Skip this app and use a different one. I’ve been using it since 2012/2013 and this always happens with this app, it never saves anything! Even with its back ups it doesn’t save anything, I’ve had to email myself every note I’ve made to myself and it’s not worth the anxiety of knowing whether all your work is saved or not. Highly upset & disappointed.
