App crashes when trying to set schedule

Overall this app is not great. It successfully can change the temperature and turn the system on and off, but the app crashes on any attempt to change the schedule, which is annoying to do from the unit itself and was one of the main reasons I downloaded this.

The whole point of the app is to make it easy to use, but it crashes constantly. Junk.

I had a bug initially, contacted tech support and it was fixed with an update. Perfect since then. Use it with a second house.
Please add a hold button to the app

Overall the thermostat and app work well. My only suggestion would be to add a button on the app to hold the current temperature. Currently, the only way to hold the temperature is on the thermostat itself, so adding this button to the app would be a great improvement. Thx

I have had this system for nearly a year now and I STILL cannot get the WiFi to hold for more than a week. I have reset and reinstalled many, many times. The BlueLink WiFi network rarely registers on my WiFi options. I find the set up confusing and frustrating. I am unsure if this is an Apple only issue; I find it unlikely as the app is created to work with the Apple interface. This is not an issue of my internet connection. I am unable to contact anyone for help, other than the useless tutorials. Also, I find the force landscape app interface to be infuriating. In short, I LOATHE this system and find the app useless due to the connectivity issues I experience daily.
Can’t update address

I keep getting a message telling me I can’t use Geofence because my address is incorrect in settings. The only issue I can find is that the app evidently doesn’t accept Zip+4. When I try to change to a 5-digit Zip, the app locks up and never updates my info. If I can’t use the Geofence, and I can’t update my info, I don’t have any use for the Braeburn thermostat. Update: Geofence appears to be working correctly. Updated the app settings and all information was accepted. Thanks!

It’s ok but sometimes doesn’t respond immediately and you have to hit the buttons repeatedly.
Not connecting with WiFi

App is nice when working but the “communication lost” tried resetting the WiFi and still not working. This happened before and took forever to get the WiFi working again
Horrible UI

This app has the worst UI! If you click to reset your password it doesn’t confirm it’s received your request (so you get 1000 emails if you keep clicking submit). Forces you into landscape mode to use, takes forever to login, will randomly change your day groupings and also has non-sensical pattern requirements (must click okay and then save to save one thing). This app just clearly wasn’t designed by someone with a background in app ux. I hate it every time I have to login, but most of the time I can accomplish my goal, so it gets 2 stars.
